Cats do NOT need veggies & grains. They are carnivores..meat eaters.
Giving your cat fish, beef, chicken, turkey etc is perfectly fine raw or cooked. It is a natural part of a cat diet. Many people feed their cats an all raw or homecooked diet instead of commercial foods.

what are you supposed to feed a carniverous animal if you are a vegan/vegetarain? Whatever the animal is supposed to eat. When I had a cat I fed it canned cat food, dry cat food, cans of tuna, leftover meats and even pieces of chicken. Cats are carnivores and they eat meat exclusively. At least they're supposed to. You are still a "veg. person" because it's the food that the animal requires. Cats aren't omnivores. Not feeding them meat would make you the "bad guy" not the other way around. **

Friendliness in the morning is called' cupboard love' it means open the cupboard and feed me!. A small amount of raw meat is ok( mince is good for the coat) but don't overdo it else you will end up giving the cat worms(de worm regularly) believe it or not some cats will munch on some veg... we had two cats who used to love melon( don't know why) and two at the moment who like a small piece of olive! Fish is of course a favourite but too much of a good thing can be bad for them! The best idea to to vary their diet. Also grow some cat grass they love it and it helps digestion and furballs!...............>^..^<

Fish is not a good choice for cats on a regular basis. It actually contains ash and other bad things for their urinary tract and can cause FUS (look it up) Veggies? I have a 13 year old who loves lima beans!! So If they will eat them I couldn't see any harm. On birthdays I split one can of tuna between 5 cats as a treat. I feed meow mix (left in bowl always) and give small amounts of fancy feast. Be sure to give fresh water daily. I do not give my cats raw meat.

My thought is, I dont see my cats raiding my garden, but the bird feeder is a nother question. My cats get dried cat food, and at least once a week I cook chicken for them. Many wont eat it raw, my outside cats will, they often help me when I butcher chickens. I'm not a big believer on cats and dogs eating veggies, as like I said before they never raid my garden in search of veggies. lol...

fish is actually bad for cats so dont give it to them in their food or raw.. or at all
veges- cats are TRUE carnivours.. they dont need veges - they sometimes eat grass to make them self vomit to releive tummy trouble..
rice is ok but should never be more than 20% of a diet...
they need dry food all the time as cats eat small amounts several times a day..
of course they prefer raw meat to cat food BUT its not considered safe for people to handle raw meat all that much (worms -bacteria etc)

I feed my cats a raw meat diet (with supplements). Raw feeders do not use fish (dangerous because of parasites and contamination from mercury or other toxic chemicals) nor pork (too high a fat content). Beef and lamb do not agree with my cats so I don't use it. I use hormone and anitbiotic free chicken and turkey. Other raw feeders use rabbit, cornish game hen, pheasant, quail etc. Some put a small amount of vegetables in their mixture, I don't.

No.. Veg is no good for a cat. They are purely carnivores unlike dogs.
Raw meat is also not a good idea as that just encourages worms.
