sally, first off, do u know what is causing ur tackicardia? an what is ur heart rate? the normal heart rate is, 60 to 80 beats per min. if tts more then that, u need to get an e.k.g. from ur dr. to be sure their is no underlying problems. also it can be caused by anxiety,an many other things. but dont try to slow it down yourself, ur dr will give u meds, like tranzine 7.5 mg.etc.this is somethink only ur dr. can fix. ill be praying for u. god bless

What is your pulse rate now?

Execrise can bring it down as low as 45 beat per min, or even lower depend on the health level.

you can reduce your pulse rate by breathing slowly or deeply. you can also reduce it by feeling your pulse on your neck while it is beating fast and just concentrate on making it slower.

You can try yoga abdominal breating , it is not difficult, just some practice and concentration - yoga teacher can explain this to you - Also, if necessary, see Ajurveda Herbs and teas for daily consummation.
