Cannot find ActionMappings or ActionFormBeans collection

With the following stack trace:
javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Cannot find ActionMappings or ActionFormBeans collection

Go to control panel, add/remove programs, double click on MS word, there you should see the option "repair"

Please reinstall MS Office. You might have deleted some files in program files probably.
