I could not find that name in any baby name database. It is likely a combination of two names- though I ould not say what two names, here are some possibilities:

Shiloh- he who is to be sent

Lin- forest or fine jade

Lynn-lake

Shyla (from Sheila or Celia)- from the Roman surname Caecilius

Chya- life
