The one in the skirt. I don't think it's a matter of men being pigs or anything. If a woman saw two men walking and one had their shirt off which would you look at? I think it's just that bit of voyeurism in all of us. '-)

Men will like to talk and close nicely to burka's women as well as "she want". But men will try to take a chance for getting sex with women who wear mini skirt because she's more interesting and arrousable to be seen, especially if she's beautiful.
