It's all about hydration. For every glass of alcohol you drink, you should drink a glass of water. Make sure you have eaten first, and if possible eat some tidbits throughout the night. Just before bed, get some carbs and lactic acid in your stomach - pizza is typically a good bet, but cheese and crackers are more to be expected at a NYE bash. Wash your pre-bed snack down with all the water you can stand, and things should be fine in the morning. Of course, all this presupposes you are not so drunk you are in danger of vomiting or wetting the bed. If that's the case, nothing will help you and you need some control. If you're just going to have a few, this is a good way to wake up not feeling like something died in your mouth and tiny elves are hammering your brain.

Never stop drinking, I don't understand allot of these answers, for me a hangover is an anomaly, not a sure fire thing after a night of hard drinking.
Maybe 5% of drinking nights end up as a hang-over and all those were well deserved.
Hydration is crucial though and high-quality clear liquors will lessen your chance of wishing you were dead the next morning.

Yes, moderation is the key. With the excitement at a party and such, it's easy to get carried away. If you're the kind that may have 4 beers or so; try to only have one an hour and drink a glass of water in between. Make sure you eat to help absorb the acidity in alcohol. DON'T DRIVE; please.

Everytime I used to go out, after leaving the clubs and just before going home I would go to Maccas and get a big juicy hamburger!.The fats in the burger help to dissolve some alcohol. Also just before going to bed drink a big glass of water and keep drinking through the night if you wake up at all.

Drink plenty of water throughout the night. For every beer you drink, drink a glass of water as well. Also, don't drink on an empty stomach.

categories of alcohols impact people in yet in any different case. i will drink vodka and not in any respect get a hangover, yet as quickly as I extremely have an excellent variety of beer or any a number of rum i'll experience horribly right here day. attempt eating a various variety of drink and if its confusing alcohol, ascertain its not a large reliable drink so which you get inebriated slower. maximum heavily, be attentive to whilst to cease. an excellent variety of the time a hangover (a minimum of for me) is as quickly as I've drank too a lot the night until now

Hydration is the way to go. Try to replace your fluids along the way by alternating alcoholic beverages with noncaffeinated, nonalcoholic choices. Water and herbal teas are always good, juices work too but sugary drinks may increase your blood alcohol levels by increasing uptake.
