I'm in tears for laughing so much ...thanks for asking this question, especially in this section, the answers are worth reading! ;-)
Also, the tabby cat is dead; he had a stroke in October, aged 17. We adopted the black cat from the Cat Protection League a month later (the only French cat in the refuge centre, that was providential!). But you're right: they probably would have fought like furies! I wouldn't dream of having several cats, one is enough and cats like to have your undivided love and attention.
Our new cat is the new kid on the block and is desperate to establish his territory, hence the fights... He's no Napoleon when it comes to strategy!

Well you can turn you words into french your self. I turned mine into spanish yesterday......but the bad thing was I don't speak spanish! lol. Anyways, maybe since this is in the military part, the cats fight each other because they are in the military. I wonder if the tabby got a medal.

I had what they referred to as a tabby cat she very beatuyfuil yet whilst she have been given older she became propose propose propose and that i had her indoor unfornetly a pair weeks in the past I had to furnish her away and she or he remains a indooor cat yet she is happyer I pay attention thats make me experience extra helpful

I can't answer in French apart from the first word ('parce que....')...then I run out of words! I laughed when I saw you had posted this as a 'Military' question...made me think of armies of cats in tin hats...
