You should wait until you feel that you know the person well. I would wait until I know the persons background and history and until I feel completely comfortable with the person. I don't know if you can specify a specific amount of dates before...

Till u stop pretending ur best. We date to lie and then get another date to build on the lie told on previous date and this process leads to date after date which eventually brings out the liars and then laughter and then sex ... the end product of lies....This dosnt last for more than 4-5 dates. The pressure on both side is enormous for bursting the world

I'd make him wait 6 monthes. Then if he is still going on dates with you and hasnt tried to force the sex issue you know that he isnt all about sex.

I have personally been on both ends of this discussion. After being married 14 years, my husband decided responsibility was to much anyhow, i began dating and thought i would wait till i was really for sure...3 months later and in love i was totally disapointed....we were not sexually compatable...that relationship went on for 2 years.....Then I met my husband now......2nd date...lol...I figured i would find out before I fell in love...lol...and we did and all is good....Sex is important in a relationship..Just be safe.

I depends on a lot of things, your ages, how long you've know the person and your feelings about each other. You have to decide do you want to "have sex" or "make love". There is a big difference!

Be like the 40-year old virgin, and wait until the 20th date. No, seriously you should have sex when you know that you're in love with your partner. This meaning when you trust them and feel comfortable enough to be initmate with them.

I say 3-4 and that is if the person is really into you and doesn't just want you for sex.Of course if you are looking for a long term relationship. Good luck.

You are worth too much to have gratuitous sex with a person, first find the person that you can say "I will be with you forever". Then the sex will be good.
