The airline will almost ALWAYS allow you to change your flight. Yes, there will be a fee. If you're wanting to change the flight time to an earlier flight and you're not bound to a certain time, volunteer to fly standby, it is free but you are not guaranteed a seat.

It depends on the type of ticket you bought. If you bough a Non-refundable ticket, then it cannot be changed to a different date without incurring a change fee, which is dependent on what airline you bought the ticket from, and paying any difference in fare should the fare be higher than what you paid. If you bought a more expensive, refundable ticket, then it can be changed to a different date with no change fee, but you may still have to pay any difference in fare that is more than what you bought your ticket for. It depends on the airline. I would call the airline that you are flying with and inquire directly so that you will know where you stand and what options you have. Good Luck and enjoy your trip when you eventually get to go!

Call the airline and explain that you need to change a flight time. You can usually change it, providing there is a seat on the flight you'd like to change to ... but be prepared to pay between $100 and $125, per seat, to get that done.

Call the airline and check to see if they will change it but if they do they will more than likely charge you. You may be able to go standby for the other flight but that means you may not make it onboard. Good luck.

Just miss the flight and act like you were stuck in traffic. They will put you on the next flight. I've missed several flights and I've never been charged extra.

If you have a full fare unrestricted ticket you can change it with no penalty. If you have a non-refundable discounted ticket you will have to pay any fare difference as well as a change fee that varies from about $50 to $150. Most change fees are typically $100
