Where do you get your info from? Seems hard to believe but you would have been more credible if you had shared that too

Percentages from different time periods are useless because of the changes in population.

Example:

if 1945 had 2,000,000 times 63% = 1,260,000

if 2006 had 32,000,000 times 4% = 1,280,000
(figures are not real, just an example)

Have you watched TV, played a video game, or gone to a school lately?

I guess you can thank ourselves for the dilemma. We didn't stand up to the people that gave us the garbage on TV, the violence, sex, and mythology in video games. Why was prayer was taken out of schools.

The list goes on!

We have a lazy streak in ourselves, and as any preacher would tell you, Satan is slowly taking over and ruling our domain, just like he said he would do.

Too many people calling themselves Christian that are just posers. If the Church Christians started acting like the Jesus in the Bible then more people would be inclined toward them. It the supernatural Jesus of the Bible that the youth are looking for.

Because the youth of today have access to far more information than they did in the 1940's. They are far better educated and so have come to the logical conclusion that worship anf god-belief are not only a monumental waste of time, but is just downright stupid. I'm pleased to hear about this statistic, I wonder about the source though and would love to read more.

Maybe it has to do with a greater awareness and a deeper spirituality.

Jesus Christ was an incredible man who brought unprecedented good to the world through his teachings. But a "savior" from eternal damnation in hell??? Puh-leeze. Paul, et al. perpetuated that fallacy through their over-zealousness. Calling Jesus a "savior" from anything but our own personal demons is ludicrous, and it blasphemes his name in a big way.

Its cause Jesus ain't on MTV or in the gossip rags no more. Maybe Jesus needs to endorse hair products or get a reality TV show. Maybe an x box game.

Greater communications and exposure to other religions and ideas. If anything, you ought to be protesting the internet.
