Calm down. Two pounds is no big deal. You gain 2 pounds during the day when you eat. When you wake up, it is gone. It is normal during the holidays to gain. If you go back to doing what you were before the holidays, you will lose it. Watch the desserts and exercise and eat healthy. You will be fine. Watch your portions, but Do NOT skip out on your meals. That is a shock to your body and will do more harm than good. Happy New Year.

Cut the fats and sweets and any overeating. Loose it? Losing it can be done in 48 hours but not real healthy. Dont' eat for a day and it will be gone. but drink lots of water. Should be done in a week, not 48 hours.

Funny thing to freak out about.
Think about what you ate in the past 2-3 days.
More salt? More water? Less fiber? Less fruits?
All these contribute. DON'T FREAK OUT. Jeeeez...
Weight bounces around EVERY day. The next day, drink plenty of non-caloric beverages (Lots of water, hot tea...), and try to fill up on only lean proteins. Avoid carbohydrates for 2-3 days to see if your weight went up from water retention.
Avoiding carbs for a few days will increase water weight loss - Try it out and see how that goes. Also be sure to increase full body STRETCHES, and CARDIO.

well firstly if u dont frink any liquids ull lose water weight. 2 u might just b bloated. 3 two pounds can b from anything, and 4 u need a life come bak complaining when uve gained 20 pounds ok?

OMG...2 pounds in one week is nothing...do not obsess about 2 pounds...either losing or gaining...I am positive no one will be able to tell...remember you must be happy with yourself not the number on the scale...a tip - do not weigh yourself more than once a month and always use the same scale

if you think your gaining too much weight try exercising and eating fruit just go on a diet and if you wanna really keep you weight normal try not to eat fast food a lot cut down on it and don't eat it as much and when you get your meals try a salad with your meal
