Age is just a number! I'm 30 too and I feel better and younger than when I was 18.

Some claim that 30 is the new 20. Try not to feel depressed instead you need to be excited. Your in a new phase in your life and your attitude determines your well being. Your still young you just happen to be a little more mature. Congratulations on making 30 and you look marvelous.

Well, for women, you will age faster now that you are in your 30s. For a woman, her golden age is from 21-29. After that, they start to get VERY old!
I am just trying to be honest. You are still young but I mean, in 32, 33, 34, you'll age and there is a hugh difference!

In your 30's life gains clarity.
In your 20's you are immature and nieve.
In your 30's the simple things matter more than the material things.

I'm going to be 30 soon. Frankly, I'm enjoying my life. For me, 30 means start healthy habits cause my body just can't take late night hours and greasy foods like before. I realise my body is not model-alike va-da-voom body but I love it and feeling comfortable with it now more than I used to. I'm thankful for what I have in my life. I'm more financially independence, I'm planing on taking trips to places next year, and I can't wait to see how my life works out from here. Really, life just begins. :)
