If you mean what you told him...that you do not love him anymore, tell him again and say you're over and done as a couple as easily as possible without degenerating into a word slinging match. The point of his asking your forgiveness to accept him back will only matter if you spoke falsely and in fact you're still in love with him, in which case you will have to decide how horrible his words really were and if you can live with what was said. I believe that if you love someone truly you never say the terrible things that are impossible to get over...but should keep disagreements to the particular issues and not hurl verbal swords at one another that wound permanently and make the relationship impossible to improve. It is your decision about the nature of his harsh words and how bad they were to you, and were they truthful or lies or prompted by his misunderstanding you and you him. At the least you have learnt something about his personality from such an outburst and this should help you decide if he is still worth being with or not. If he is all about putting you down and making you feel less good about yourself I would say "Move on". Good luck.
