I like Puffy's idea. But failing that, oddly enough, I have never had something I needed or wanted to take back when stoned. But I haven't been stoned for years.
I once mooned a woman who was a bit of a she-git when stoned. Her Boyfriend laughed his ar*se off. He wished he had the nerve, she was asking for it.

I would tell the person that was offended, Hey Lisa, I was really out of it last night and I may have said some hurtful things to you. I am sorry for what I said, you know that you can't pay ni mind when I stoned.

You cant, you can try and appologise and just hope the person accepts this due to your condition at the time. But some people maintain you tell the truth when in this state. Depends what you said and who too. New Year, you may be forgiven. Good luck.

Stoned or sober you can not take back words. Words are powerfull and once they are heard they live on and can not be called back.

One thing I have learned over the years is once you say something you can never take it back so always think twice before you open your mouth.

Get stoned again and press the re-wind button.

Honestly you don't. Own up to the fact that you said things you didn't mean, and apologize or whatever you need to do. That wont unsay it but it should get you closer to fixing it.
