God became flesh and walked among us. His name was Jesus.

To get into Heaven, you must acknowledge that Jesus was the Messiah, the Son of God, God Himself, and you must confess your sins and then you must follow His Word (take up His cross and follow Him).

Jesus said, "I and my Father are One."

To think otherwise, is to call Jesus a liar.

But we are not to worship Jesus, but God. Why?

Jesus was flesh, and we are not to worship the flesh.
God is a spirit, not flesh as some non-Christian cults believe.

Worship God, but in the name of Jesus, for Jesus was the Christ, the Lamb of God, so that all who believe in Jesus and follow Him ccan be saved by His Blood.

It makes a big difference. I don't believe Jesus is God himself so I don't worship nor pray to him. God to me is a singular entity beyond our meager minds to understand. Born again Christianity pray and worship Jesus as God and part of a trinity. Islam's view of Jesus is of a mere prophet--not the Messiah. Get my drift?

God is the Father.
Jesus Christ is the Son of GOD.
To say that Jesus is GOD is dangerously close to a denial of the Father.

It is everything. HE is everything.

Salvation from Jesus Christ could not have occurred in it's complete form if Jesus was not True God and True man.

Jesus said God was his father, do you have any reason to doubt that?
He said "Not every one that saith unto me 'Lord Lord' will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but he that keepeth the commandments of my Father who is in Heaven."
That's pretty straight forward, it's a father-son relation. Sometimes he prayed to his father.

But we never hear about his grandfather. What's up with that?

Jesus was the son of God just as you and I are sons of God.

Jesus attained God realization which we probably haven;t attained yet.

Muslims believe that Jesus Christ the son of Mary (peace be upon him and his mother) is no more than a messenger of God, not His son, for God has no need for any. Jesus (peace be upon him) is accepted as the Messiah in Islam as well.

Kindly read:

005.017
In blasphemy indeed are those that say that Allah is Christ the son of Mary. Say: "Who then hath the least power against Allah, if His will were to destroy Christ the son of Mary, his mother, and all every - one that is on the earth? For to Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between. He createth what He pleaseth. For Allah hath power over all things."

005.116
And behold! Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah'?" He will say: "Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, Thou I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden.

005.117
"Never said I to them aught except what Thou didst command me to say, to wit, 'worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord'; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up Thou wast the Watcher over them, and Thou art a witness to all things.

005.118
"If Thou dost punish them, they are Thy servant: If Thou dost forgive them, Thou art the Exalted in power, the Wise."

What difference would it make? Well, you tell me!

God knows best.

Peace and Love

=)

It doesn't. God is imaginary and the Jesus legends are a mix of history and fiction.

I can walk just fine without either of them.
