The casinos do not have to cheat. The odds are so much in their favour, that any intelligent person would not be caught dead in one

They don't cheat. They set up the rules so that they end up winning in the long run. Blackjack games with loose rules can be beat with card counters and such. The casinos strategy against this is just by adding more decks (sometimes as many as 8), and changing the rules so that black only pays 6:5 (or even money), and you can only double down on 10 or 11, you can only split aces once, no double down after split, etc. etc.

They don't cheat at blackjack. They just try to increase the odds of winning for the house. If someone's having a winning streak at a blackjack table you will know because they'll all of a sudden change dealers. I don't think the house is cheating. The odds of winning in blackjack are actually in our favor, 49% house, 51% player.

Casinos do not need to cheat because the odds are in their favor. Dealing procedures are set up to for game protection and ensure a proper and honest game. It is usually the player that is trying to cheat the casino.

Casinos don't cheat...there are laws to prevent this. The odds are always in favor of the house, that's why you seem to lose more than win. After living in Las Vegas for more than 10 years I've learned that if you 'win' cash out and leave...the house will always win it back given enough time.

They are not cheating. It's like this...
Let's (you and I) roll dice. You get 1 dollar for each time a 1, 2, 11, or 12 appears. I get 1 dollar each time a 6, 7, or 8 appears. Let's roll 40 times.
I will always win! The odds are in my favor.
It's the same with casinos. The odds are always in their favor.

I'm surprised no one else seems to be aware of this [very]possible scenario...A dealer has a confederate who he helps win.He must insure that the "drop" for his shift is not inordinately below the norm, so he has to make up for it by seeing that other people[read us] lose....It can be done, and it is done...A very good card minipulater is virtually impossible to spot with the naked eye.How about the camera in slo/mo?...well,whose going to check it if the house is getting their normal percentage? What a world...huh?

they make money because of the odds, i guess they make enough money to give out free drinks that will increase the odds in their favor, maybe you could call that cheating?

They don't cheat. At least not in Nevada. The law would not allow it.
