I tend to lean to reincarnation for a few reasons.

I do believe most of the Bible to be true, but there is some things that are not explained in enough detail.

Some reason why... I have been visited more than once by spirits, one woman spirit that really likes me, since she seemingly has been with me all my life, recently spoke to me, comforting as an angel, and beautiful voice. Anyways I met this special woman that has this gift a lot stronger than I, she said that the Spirit woman is my Guide and that she knows me from another life, and she even knew her name. I went to talk to one of my co-workers, and mention this, and mention what her name is, my co-worker said that the name is Hungarian, I said that makes sense since I am part Hungarian. Also, I as a younger child would have this memory of people, detail of their faces, and not know who or why. I remember seeing on TV a show that talked about reincaration, younger children that had memory of another life, although, as they grew into this life, their memory faded away as they grew out of the old. Another thing, I never have been on a horse in my life, not even a pony, but got the feeling that I can ride like the wind.

Reason why not..... I read in a book about memory that people have, basically can be from another life, but it's not reincarnation, basically our blood cells are past on, from our Mother and Father, and that blood cells store and carry memory. So this memory could be from the blood cells of our parents or grandparents.
I hope this all made sense to you...... so for me the window is still open.

Many people believe that our normal position, nature or state of being is a spiritual oneness with God or the Divine Being. In this material plane and in these physical bodies we are separated from God. Many people also believe that God is a Divine Spiritual Being and that our true or real self is the spiritual nature of the soul and not our material selves. Our bodies and our lives here are of the material not spiritual.
Our purpose or goal is to become One again with the spiritual nature of the Divine. We live life after life until we perfect ourselves to such a degree that we earn the right to be with the Divine again.
At death the body dies but the soul does not. It always exists as God exists. It is taught that we remain bound to the wheel of life until that time when we reach Enlightenment or Illumination. Between lives we pass through what is called Bardo and then we incarnate again in a physical body to live another life here. It is hoped that during each life we grow and develop in light, truth, wisdom, and goodness. At death we do not lose these things that we have gained but we also do not lose those things that are not so good. We must consciously rid ourselves of them and replace them with the positive attributes. Once we free ourselves from the wheel of life then we never need to incarnate again here in the material unless we so desire.
One more thing: It is an incorrect concept that is taught that we can incarnate as an animal or insect if we have been bad. We always incarnate as a human. Our lives reflect what we hold inside and what causes we have set up to face each day and each life.

Christians don't believe in reincarnation—but I hope you'll understand why we don't, because a very important truth is behind our conviction.

Christians reject reincarnation for two main reasons. The first is because the Bible does not teach it, and in fact makes it clear that when we die we don't return to earth again but enter eternity—either with God in heaven or apart from God forever. The Bible says, "Man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment" (Hebrews 9:27).

The second reason Christians reject reincarnation is because Christ has paid the full penalty for our sins—totally and completely. He did this by His death on the cross for us. You say you hope to become perfect some day in another life—but Jesus has already made us perfect in God's eyes, by taking away all our sins! The Bible says, "But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 6:11).

Think of it: Every sin you have ever committed can be completely cleansed, if you will turn to Christ in repentance and faith! Don't be deceived by a false hope, but put your faith and hope in Christ today.

there are many good books about reincarnation, and many cases that cannot be explained any other way...I could care less what christianity has to say about it...when a young child told his parents that he died in a plane crash they of course thought he was making up a story..when he was looking thru a book about WW!! he pointed to a photo of a certain type of bomber and said that was his plane...his parents tried to understand & asked him for details; he said it was 'his' plane and that it caught fire and he died....it seems the parents took him seriously and did some research and finally located the parents of the pilot whod been killed in WW!!...the mother of the pilot (living in another state) wrote to the parents and they agreed to meet...the boy knew all about the house, neighborhood, etc..and of course had never been there; the mother of the pilot was convinced that this child was the reincarnation of her son, and the families have been close friends ever since.........so explain that, you skeptics!!!!!!!! and there are tons more examples like this.......we are here to learn about all types of people, races, lifestyles, and countries each lifetime is supposed to help us gain understanding...so perhaps the racial bigot has yet to live his lifetime as a black person...lots more I could say but I've rambled on long enough!!

I believe in reincarnation, and have memories iof some pf my previous incarnations.

If you read the 9th chapter of John; the disciples believed in reincarnation because they asked who had sinned when talking about the blind beggar that was born blind. (how could he have sinned before he was born?

Actually the teaching of reincarnation was removed from the scriptures in 476 CE.
