Smile, make eye contact, and if he responds accordingly, look the second time. Really, it's all an "attitude". For the most part, we guys know when you're flirting just by the way your eyes smile and sparkle when you look at us. Occasional glances, in his direction...he'll get the hint. Smile, say hi how are you, you look really nice today. Touch him alot. If none of this works and the guy is really dense you may have to resort to showing some skin. Sorry but some guys don't pick up on flirting very well.

Try talking....duh. Talk to him, try to get to know him, if he is interested he will act on it, if not take the initive and ask him out. Step into the new century, guys don't have to make the first step anymore, and being a guy I like that.
