No it isn't, but from Denmark there are 5-10 weekly connections from Copenhagen to Kangerlussuaq and Narsarsuaq in Greenland, operated by Air Greenland.

From Iceland there are three weekly connections from Keflavik to Kulusuk and onwards to Kangerlussuaq and Nuuk. The route between Iceland and Greenland is operated by Air Iceland.

Travelers between North America and Greenland need to fly via Reykjavik/Keflavik, Iceland, or via Copenhagen, Denmark. But from 2007 Air Greenland will fly from Baltimore to Kangerlussuaq.

Sure doesn't look like it. I checked expedia.com and "air greenland". Air greenland flies nonstop to Copenhagen, Denmark, from which I'm sure you could get a nonstop to London.

You could also probably fly nonstop to Iceland and then on to Greenland.
