Answerman, I have lost people close under circumstances that should not have happened. No I have not lost one YET in the war. But loss of life means loss of life, no matter how.

Probably you're right , one human loss is one human loss.
Here in Italy we 've got many losses every year too.
It's always something unacceptable for every heart and mind.
The worst thing is that in some cases we could have avoided it.
Bye.

44,000 traffic fatalities. But we're Americans. Cars are important to us. Stability in the middle east isn't. And public policy should put us on the moral high ground as long as we can blame the opposition party for the price of gas we put in the cars we use to kill each other. Only when we have a President Carter do we ever need to think about what we're doing.

I didn't know for sure what happened but if i had to guess i would say mostly car accidents murders people going into the military the army people dieing of cancer, bird flu and heart failure, strokes, heart attacks and many more, their are millions of sicknesses in the world and nobody can cure them and if they are deadly enough they will kill 1,000-2,000 people per year and if there are enough sicknesses in the U.S that could end up to be about 45,000 people dieing a year which is alot of people but we should all just pray that those sicknesses will be found a cure for so there can be not as many deaths!!

800,000 people in America go up missing each year if you mean by "kidnapped" etc. If you mean just over in Iraq then its because the soldiers are a icon to people so to say. Same as someone who wants to be a firefighter knows one dies and feels sad, more people feel that way about our soldiers though.

So I take it that you lost no one close to you in this criminal and unjust war against a sovereign country. Maybe you should try to put on another pair of moccasins and try walking a mile.
