PLEASE HELP ME:
A dear friend of mine got really stupid and drunk yesterday. He had 2 forties and hit 2 cars, one of them was a police car, they were chasing him doing donuts around the triangle in our part. It ended up him spitting in their faces, screaming everything, and he got tazered. They took him away last night,
Now Please
I need everyones help and answer a couple questions for me:
How do I contact him?
How do I see him?
How do I get to talk to him?
Do I have to wait for all the paperwork, and his court date before I can get a hold of him?
Can I visit him?
Can I call him?
How long do you think He'll be in there?
Any information at all really would help me so very much. .

If he is just a friend and you don't have any other relationship with him - you don't have any right to see him unless his family allows you to contact him through them and/or he decides to try to contact you.
Good Luck!!!

You have to wait until the judge has set the bail. Depending on the jurisdiction in can take hours and sometimes the whole weekend if there's no judge/small town.
He'll probably be able to get to a phone once his bail is set so he can call a bail bondsman and family. Or he might get luck and ROR bond.
You can call the jail and ask the police if he's there.

in the US, when he sobers up hell have a first appearance prob this am or tomorrow am, and bond will be set. If he can make bond he s out. if not he'll await formal arraignment, then trial or pleas. Could be in there for months. Call the jail hes held in and find out the visitation policy. You could also go there and put money in his canteen acct which hed appreciate. He will have access to a phone for collect calls, again when he sobers up.

you should prolly be able to call the police station or jail that he is locked up at and they should be able to tell you if your able to contact him and etc.
as for how long he'll be there it could be quite a while they'll prolly charge him with drunk driving/highspeed car chasing/assaulting an officer and a number of other thing they think he did.

You probably will not get to see him just yet. The best thing you can do is to go to the jail and find out what his bail is going to be. If no one can make his bail, he will have to go before a judge probably not until Tuesday.

You need to contact the arresting agency. They should be able to answer the majority of your questions. All of the answers depend on where he was arrested and the actual charge.

Ok. Now why the hell would you want to have anything to do with somebody like that? You are in need of serious mental help.
To actually answer the question, contact the police department.
Also, your friend deserves to go to jail for a long, long time.

You need to contact your local police station and ask to speak to the Custody Sergeant. He or she will tell you if it is possible to visit them.
