What happened that u will have to file again???? Okay TOO many bankruptcies on ur report in so little time away from each sends an alarm to lenders. A huge alarm, u would be such a huge risk no one is going to touch any credit application u ever fill out ever, including credit cards, student loans, home loans, etc. So I strongly encourage u to come up with a plan to pay ur debt off. Get a second job on the weekend for about 6 months to pay off the debt, get a budget that u will STICK TO and be realistic. Call those creditors and make a payment plan with them. Having 2 bankruptcies is bad business, I am a lender in the mortgage business and I know for a fact that filing 2 bankruptcies in a period of 4 years is bad VERY bad. It's a new year, honey, get wise about ur money ,take control of ur financial life don't let it control u. Make a promise to yourself, don't do it again. I did it and I will never do it again...

You may only have one bankruptcy proceeding every 7 years.

If, per chance, you had not concluded the bankruptcy last year and let it lapse after filing, yes you probably can file again. If you have been through the process and had your debts washed away last year, you'll have to wait before you can file again.

An attorney can guide you through this question.
