Yes, there are many churches that do that, but I think their Biblical basis for doing it is pretty scanty. It is based on the statement Jesus made at the last supper when He said
John 13:14 "If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet" This is never repeated to the church in any of the epistles (books on church doctrine) and was never given to anyone except those disciples who were there.,So whether it is to be a regular part of Church activity or not is individual understanding. Feet washing was a very cultural practice based on wearing sandles and living in a very dusty area of the world. Perhaps Jesus was speaking of hospitality which is what that practice was.

nope, and cant see that being a humble thing this day and age. I have heard a friend tell me about her church doing it. Then she told me she would make sure her feet was clean before she went. Back in Jesus's time they walked around in sandles or even barefoot. It was a custom for the woman to wash the mens feet as they entered.

Yes. It is a very humbling experience to have someone wash your feet. It was the duty of the lowest position, a slave or servant, during the biblical times. It symbolizes our duty to serve, instead of being served.

Actually, most Pentecostal churches in my country do that, and so did my church, but only for those who wanted to, and mostly on the day we had Communion. Mostly the older people did it, I'm only 23 and never had that. :)
