Within fourteen days of the alleged offence.

When some one or other contraventions of the Road Traffic Act has occured. Used to be a section 179 warning. Sections 2,3 etc. Covers all moving traffic offences.

NIP has to be issued within 14 days of offence, Buy this weeks MCN Â£1.80(motorcyclenews) There is a letter which helps to stop most if not all NIP's in their tracks!
