Do you like or madly in love? if in love - sure... what about the 3 years?

I think you should. It is always difficult to say it,cz yo ualways kepp thinking wut will happen if it is a no!!But why not think it the other way?Wut if it is a yes?? You are loosing your chance and may be when you really wanna say it, its too late.So go ahead and tell him.
But even if it is a no it is a good thing.Because it is always better to know the "NO" earlier than knowing it after waiting for so long. And you will eventually get it over with
So go ahead. Tell him. The sooner the ebtter
PS:AGE REALLY DOES NOT MATTER IF IT IS TRUE LOVE

If you just wanna get your feelings out in the open, I don't see any thing wrong with that. What's your hold up? What do you hope to gain by telling him? If you expect him to suddenly feel or reveal the same thing, don't hold your breath. I'm about to tell a woman (who is many years younger than me) that I have a mad crush on her. I don't expect her to return my feelings. I just want her to know.

I'm dating a guy 3 yrs younger than me, and I was the one who asked him out, and it's been great, I'd say, go for it.
