i have usb i connected the cable but nothing happens!

I looked at this camera on the Internet and learned a couple of things. First, it is a PAL camera, so I assume you are in a PAL country. In other words, you'll have a hard time using this camera in the US or Canada, which use the NTSC television standard.
It looks like the USB connector on the camera is only for transferring still images from the camera to your computer. I could not find out if the camera has a FireWire connector. If it does, that will be how video is transferred.
However, you should be able to connect the JVC GR-D360E to your computer and get still images. Make sure the camera is on and that it is recognized by your computer. Then open up Windows Explorer and look for the camera as a removable drive. It should be there.
