I would like to set up download and email notification options,how can I get to the download tab?

1) What browser are you using?
2) There isn't a download tab in Internet Explorer
3) In Mozilla Firefox, you go to TOOLS | DOWNLOADS (or CTRL+J)

what program?
outlook, and outlook express...go to tools then options
Firefox...go to tools then options
IE go to tools then internet options...then programs....then also advanced
Mac...setup mail
Safari...open it and then click on the safari list and select settings
Of course you could just download either the yahoo or google toolbar and set up your info within those as well.
