Hey Vinvaz,
Here are a bunch of sites with features like showing steps, to videos. The first is a YAHOO! Search which includes so many sites, you will be dancing for days.
PS - You can learn the basics this way, regardless of what people call people in answer above - but you will need to hit the dance floor, and there is no substitute for a live knowledgeable instructor.

I agree with the one guy who listed the sources I have listed. However you just need to suck it up and go to a dance studio or something otherwise the way you will learn it will make you look like an even bigger idiot. You can also just go to a club on a Saturday night where they salsa and just ask someone there who is really good if they could give you a few pointers.
