You most likely will start to show after 5 months, 6 months,7 months... every body's different... and sometimes you tend to gain more weight with your first baby... don't worry you will have that pregnant belly soon, when you get it tho near your 9 month you wont want it any more.....at least i didn't.. i got HUGE

Hi there dear. I am not sure what you are worrying about. Believe me when you look like you are smuggling a beach ball about you will look back on these days and laugh! Your baby is just a tiny little thing at this point and depending on the way you are built it is common for many women not to show so much. I was one of those tiny little people that always looked pregnant the next day! lol....don't worry, you WILL look pregnant before all this is over! As long as your doctor is happy and as long as you are gaining weight like you should be, I am sure everything is fine.
Eat small nutrutious meals (now is NOT the time to try to diet) and take good care of yourself. Get as much rest as you can. I know it is not like the old days when most pregnant women did not work, but if you are lucky enough to be at home, use this time to read good books ("What to Expect When You are Expecting" is a good one). Relax, be happy and enjoy all the magical, wonderful things you have to look forward to. I envy you!
Many Blessings
Lady T~

well I'm 28 weeks pregnant and i am obviously showing, but not as much a 7 month pregnant woman usually is. My co-workers that did not know and just found were surprised at how much i wasn't showing and couldn't believe I'm due in 3 months. My doctor said that i should pop soon. Hope that helps some..

when i was pregnant with my first baby i was noticably pregnant until about almost 6 months i had a little buldge but about a week before 6 months i popped out alot more just depends on the person i guess. And if this is your first it takes longer to show since your uterus is new at this. But if you have already had kids then you tend to show quicker considering your uterus is streched out and has been there done it

when I was 18 weeks along with twins, I had a friend keep telling me that I didn't look pregnant, just fatter. (Thanks a lot Kathy!) Anyway, as long as baby is growing and healthy, try not to worry. Some women never really show much. Others, like me, do in fact pop over night! I looked like I was due last week by 22 weeks! Consider yourself lucky! I have another friend that was in tears at 20 something weeks, because my husband told her she FINALLY looked pregnant! Geesh!
Good luck and Happy New Year!

I didn't look pregnant until I was almost 7 months along. I just looked fat. I wore alot of empire waist shirts, they kinda help you look pregnant. I know how much you want to look the part, also you can buy (or make) shirts that say things like "due in july" or "bun in the oven" to make you more comfortable. I had two muscle shirts that said knocked up and I'm not fat Im pregnant.

Some pple dont show during the entire pregnancy. Everyone is different as is every pregnancy. I wouldnt worry about it. If you are concerned, talk to your OBGYN.
