He needs to know if he's the father. Is he over 16? If not, then the teacher has committed an offence and should be prosecuted. And even if he is over 16 it has still been an inappropriate relationship and she could (and some would say should) lose her job. A woman who acts like this has dodgy morals, and so it wouldnt surprise me if your friend wasn't the only person she has had sex with.
He needs to talk with her and also with a trusted adult who can help him through this.

There is a lot of speculation here. You need to get some facts. Are you implying that your friend might be the father? Even if your friend is over 16 the teacher has still betrayed the ethics of teaching. Your friend needs to find out the facts before any further rumours escalate.

First things first your friend needs to talk to his parents, then go to the head teacher. She has abused her position as a teacher. she should have been wise enough to use protection and hopefully this is a valuable lesson for all as there are worse things out their he could have got.

Depends on the laws in your area - there's been several female teachers in Australia jailed for that. Pregnant or not.
