There was a white/cream goat that I rescued from a paintballing centre -only it was a cow there, being used as a target; its nose was bleeding and I threatened the owners of all sorts so they let me have it...
The goat escaped from its lead as I was leading it through fields... I had to follow it through the woods and ended up doing things that require considerable strength for an adult to achieve (climbing through an obstacle tunnel; sort of a cave thing, but some parts were brightly coloured...)

Then back through the woods, streams and ditches to negotiate etc... All along I was aware that my son was involved in some sort of competition and I should be there, really.

Then I found myself in the brand new local shopping centre, which was made up of Sainbury's and Tesco's, facing each other! I went to Tesco's (always go for the familiar scene when shopping, saves time) and went straight for my favourite soya milk, which I discovered was now also available in powdered version.

Dreams involve symbollism and this is why they need interpretation. It could well be related to what is happening in your life at the moment. Only you can relate the symbols but being almost able to feel your mood the past few days let me try to add a little light. The cow is someone close as you see them physically which is why it turns to a goat in your dreams, its true identity physically. Its owners and its treatment is the world in which it lives and desires to be freed from. As its saviour you showed it the light and it ran not knowing such friendship or kindness. The fact that you followed over difficult obstacles indicates something in your life you have to be prepared to do at any cost. The cave was you coming into and out of conciousness during your sleep. Your son is the most important thing in your life who you protect and envelop at any cost the competition is not an event though could well be the focus of your dream. The mall is your sanctuary or normal mundane life and in your dream you frequent the sanctuary to hide from reality or to recharge yourself and search for your dream. Your beloved soya is your goal. This kind of dream can be repetitive or developmental. I hope you see some truth in this only you know the real answer.

The colour theme is interesting here... goat is white/cream and paintballing involves shooting colour. Part of the escape route is also brightly coloured. At the end of the dream you go for soya milk which is also white/cream. I'm wondering if you are a vegetarian and you are rescuing animals used for food (goat/cow). However, the dream says you aren't as much in control as you think--the goat escapes and you follow it, and the project is keeping you from your son. Another theme is that your son is involved in competition, and then you have the two competing stores facing each other. Which store would your son choose?

The goat represents the Devil,(horns and all) you were doing everthing in your physical power to prevent it from having anything whatsoever to do with your son.

When you had achieved what you had set out to do that is protect your son, you then went shopping which is something you enjoy.

I'm not so sure about Tesco's tho Sainsburys is more soothing but can be boring!!!!

Try a cup of tea!!

what seems like a crazy dream could become possible. Just make sure not to psych yourself out before anything happens. Be open to possibility, and never say never!

Sounds like you think you have pricinples for the right reasons but they are hollow and that worries you. you hope you would fight for them but you really are not that bothered if it really came down to it. And you really do not have any control over how things turn out.
