They sell ear cleaning kits at drug stores etc..that have the proper type of solution needed that is not harmful.

Ear drops. Boots and other chemists sell various ear cleansing products which are pretty good at preventing large build ups of nasty ear wax.

I do not know the name of the product but there are drops you can put in your ear that will clean them safely. Try in the Baby products aisle at the store.

lay on your side and pour a few drops of hydrogen peroxide into your ear. it will start to foam. dont be alarmed, its supposed to do that lol. leave it in there for a few minutes and then tilt your head up and let it drain into a paper towel. do this a few times until u think your ear is clean enough.

just use the tip of a face cloth....nothing should go in the ear...if you have wax build up the doctor can give you drops to help...

use a baby wash cloth, they are really thin, and work pretty well, then there are always ear candles, they work awesome. You can get them at health food stores
