I looked it up a couple of weeks ago and the parts in Montenegro were actually Karly Vary, Czech Republic.
And I think in the book the Casino was actually in Southern France

Some of the landscape was filmed at Kotor Fjord in MonteNegro, but that is all. The buildings certainly were somewhere else. Kotor is a lovely place, listed as a UN World heritage site - pity about the garbage dump on the cliff right above it!!!

mathus I believe is that guy who was at the bar with vesper while bond was playing the poker (don't know how else to describe him) the Chiffre had to pay money to mr white and those black guys in the beginning of the film Mr white is the guy that bond kills at the end
