There are basically two shows of the type you're looking for; Folies at the Trop and Jubilee at Bally's. However, ONLY Follies does a fully clothed early show! Jubilee does not!
Here's some info about each:
Follies Bergere will add a little spice to your night at the Tropicana. The show is packed with first-rate variety of acts and the city’s top showgirls. The sexy extravaganza which has been in Vegas since 1959 features topless dancers for the evening performance for those 18 and older, while the early performance features fully clothed dancers for the whole family to attend.
Jubilee! has been at Bally’s for more than 20 years. Jubilee! combines eye-catching, toe-tapping musical numbers with million-dollar sets and breathtaking costumes. The cast contains more than 100 performers, including acrobats, aerialists, and a bounty of dancers who continue to be voted Vegas’ “Best Showgirls.”
Your answer is an easy one - take your clients to the early show of Follies at the Tropicana.
Here's some other info about other shows in Las Vegas:
People loved Celine Dion - just not my cup of tea. The new Beatles/Cirque show, "Love" is at the Mirage. I plan on seeing that on my next visit - it's gotten good reviews. As for a suggestion for another show, Mama Mia is great, and Danny Gans is superb. Either one of those would make your night. Blue Man at the Venetian is very unique, and the Sintas at the Rio is a very good family oriented show. If you like magic – Lance Burton is the best. I saw Dirk Arthur at the Tropicana on my last visit – really a class “B” act!
For fun we went to see the Neil Diamond tribute show at the Riviera - Jay White, the fellow that does Neil, is nothing less than perfect! His appearance, voice, clothes and moves ARE Neil Diamond. I thought that I was at a Neil Diamond concert. The room is rather small, maybe 200 people in the audience. We had a ball. You can get half-price tickets for this and many other shows at ticket outlets up-and-down the strip. The outlets are called "Tickets 4 Tonight" and they go on sale about 11:00 AM (first-come-first-served) for that night's performances only.
Another good source for reliable discounts are the books (such as “What’s on in Las Vegas” or “Las Vegas 24/7”) that are distributed in most hotels. The also give good info on where to eat and what to see. They’re really good little pocket guides!
The best free show is the Fountains at Bellagio - they perform every 15 minutes after dark - just spectacular. The Siren’s of TI show at Treasure Island is also good Other free attractions of note are the Lion Habitat at MGM, the Volcano and the White Tigers at Mirage, and the fountains inside the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace. If your going downtown, the Fremont Street Experience is truly on-of-a kind, and don’t pass up the ’world famous’ $.99 shrimp cocktail at the Golden Gate Hotel! Head over to the Rio (with free transportation from Harrah’s) to see the Carnival in the Sky.
Have fun!

Look for a "Family" show, these shows feature content and costumes suitable for children. Not talking lions and tigers, but family versions of the showgirl shows where you'd feel ok taking a teen or pre-teen. Figure if a kid is allowed in, then it is safe for you. I've seen a few family shows with nieces and nephews on the strip, but the names change all the time and I'm sure they don't exist anymore. You may also have to make a few phone calls to a venue in advance. See what concerts are playing when your clients are there. Also note that Cirque de Soeli shows outside of Vegas are usually family-friendly, but some of the ones in Vegas are pretty steamy.
Go for Celine or the new Phantom, you can't go wrong with those - unless they had a few topless dancers that I missed :)
It also cannot hurt to call your client's assistant and ask that person what their boss likes. You may do all this planning and find out your client hates nightclub shows and loves magic or kitsch!

I recommend Jubillee at Bally's. Its the old Vegas classic dancing, entertainment style show. Very elegant.
Now, this is from a normal, hetro male. Its topless, but you dont notice it. "They" are not front and center. It is not sex or bawdy, but classic and elegant.
You will love it.
