xbox live arcade unplugged is for people who do not have xbox live and are unable to download these game through xbox live, its available in the shops for around £20, all 360s come with silver membership and as far as I'm aware still come with 1 month free gold membership,

It's just a game disc loaded with an assortment of XBLA titles. It sells for around $40, not worth it unless you don't have Live.
