From the partial ideas we have, we can learn more from others by asking questions. It is better to be a fool just for a day by asking a question and being answered, than being a fool for years without knowing.

I believe an irregularity makes us laugh when something feels out of place or is stupid so our emotions are raised and we show this by laughing.
The other reason is great happiness which we show it by laughing.
Sometimes when we don’t know what to do and our emotions get out of control we show it by laughter.

It is better to ask a question and have your need to know or curiosity satisfied. If someone laughs at you for your question, just remember they are the ignorant one. Try not to take it personal.
