Belgium, Canada, Spain, South Africa and the Netherlands all allow same-sex marriage.
Civil unions, domestic partnerships or registered partnerships offer varying amounts of the benefits of marriage and are available in: Andorra, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Israel, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Personally..i live in the UK with my american partner (who had to leave the US so we could be together). We got Civil Partnered in summer 2006. Civil Partnership in the UK is like marriage in everyway except name.

The Netherlands offer same sex marriage.... and call it marriage... on exactly the same footing as heterosexual marriage.
Countries that have 'civil partnerships'.... that marriage in all but name.... are Britain, France, Germany and South Africa.
I'm pretty sure other EU countries have it, but I can't remember off hand.
