You will have to retrace your steps, to whatever numbers you coded in and see if you can get it unlocked. If you can even remember two out of three, you can then hold them and go through 0-9 on the other 'wheel'. If the lock is of the usual sloppy chinese type you may be able to see a notch between each wheel, which may help. There are only 1000 or 10000 variables depending if you have 3 or 4 digits??!!!!

Locksmith maybe? Usually there is a manufacturers number or help line...if not do a Web search and track them down......there is usually a reset key at the back of each lock but then again you have to have it open to get to it so that wont be a help just yet!!!

If you have any kids.....they may be able to crack it for you..especially the teenagers...they seem to have a talent for it...my son managed to crack a combination lock open in an hour when I forgot the code!

Good luck!

OK - set it all to '0' - or in the positions that you KNOW is correct (no guessing) pull VERY HARD against the opening device and slowly turn ONE of the wheels (furthest from opener). You should 'just' be able to make out if it 'drops' into postion. The difference may be very, very slight. Then move on to the next one along.

This method takes advantage of the poor manufacturing tollerences in cheaper / low security locks and IS NOT a lock 'picking' method.

That happened to me once. Knowing the number you meant to program in, try going up or down each number. You probably just got one of the numbers off by 1. So if you meant to program in 414, try 314, 514, 424, 404, etc.

And if that doesnt work... try a locksmith
or sit down with a good movie and start 000, 001, 002, 003, 004............
