The news abt the helicopter that escaped crashing in surrey. Voldemort culd be invovled in that one. why doesn harry suspect that???

Well, harry doesnt know that:-
1. vold. is keeping it low.
2. vold. wuld luv to c the muggles in the helicopter dead

Because Voldemort is staying on the down low for awhile because Harry told everyone that he was back. Plus he is after Harry not wizards or muggles and I don't think wizards would be in a helicopter.

I believe that yes Voldemort was laying low though most of book 5. But also Voldemort would not have much use for a helicopter. I know that Voldemort is evil and would kill just for the joy of it but The Order of the Pheonix tells Harry that Voldemort doesn't want to draw attention to himself.

For the very simple reason that the helicopter could have crashed due to technical reasons or manual error. Now dont tell me accidents dont occur in non-magical world

Helicopters crash easily enough without magical help. Maybe it ran out of gas, who knows.
