I am 26 years old. When I was 23 I met my father's children from his other wife. I have a half sister that is now 24, so she would have been 21 at the time. We don't consider ourselves to be sisters, so is it wrong for us to be in love (romatically) with each other? I also have fanasties about sleeping with her brother.

Well....you and your sister share the same father (unless ofcourse your father's other wife already had the kids when your Dad married her and they are actually no relation to you at all other than as a step-siblings)
But anyways, if your Daddy is Daddy to all of you, then you really are talking about having an incestuous relationship with your half-sister and harbouring incestuous thoughts about your half-brother.
And besides..if you REALLY love your half-sister, why are you thinking of sleeping with her brother?
(although maybe you do this because you know it's the closest you could get to getting pregnant with her baby??)
Now while most people would not consider that to be right, i'm sure it's not unprecedented. It doesn't matter whether you consider them to be 'family'..they are and that is fact!
If you want to persue your fantasies any further, then you have to decide whether you are able to live with the fact that you would be commiting incest with your own half-sister or half-brother.
But, i know that people fall in love and they fall hard, and we seldom have control over who it is that captures our heart.
If you truly love your sister and want to be with her, then i hope you can be happy in your relationship. but don't expect it to be easy.

There is never anything wrong with fantasies. In many cases they are good and healthy and can often help you understand your various urges and desires.
Acting on those desires is another story! This is where your morals and values come in and since you are even asking the question at all suggests that your morals are bothered but the fantasies of the brother. So my advice is to leave the brother alone and think hard about the "sister".

You need some serious help...being in love with a half sister and acting on those feelings would be incest. If the brother's father is your father, then that is incest also.
