No, even if he retired, the majority of his wealth is in MS stock, thus his wealth will grow so long as MS does. Funny thing is that he is one of those that enjoys the wealth, but never thought he would have so much. Do you know how many billions he has spent for charity?

Didn't he announce that he is retiring next year (2007)? And how do you define "too much". He gives away millions and millions of dollars each year to charity. If by earning more he can give away more, then it's all good to me.

After a certain level people don't work for accumulating wealth... they simply work to help the society or to leave their footprints or to remain in the limelight.

No, I know he's loaded but obviously he is a guy who likes to invent or make things better. Besides the wealth he's a guy who enjoys his job and just because he's loaded doesn't mean it's going to stop him from doing it. Hey, I wouldn't either! I don't think its really about the money anymore.....

As long as he keeps giving so much to charity I think he should keep working! + I think our lives have become easier and nicer since he started working dont you? Dont know how my computer would work if it wasnt for him lol
