I guess it would depend what I needed the doctor for. If it's brain surgery, I'd go with McDreamy, plastic surgery - McSteamy. For gynecological concerns - Addison Shepard, but for easily treated concerns, like cuts, burns, etc. I think I'd go with O'Malley. His character seems to have a lot of compassion for people.

Well, they all are trained in different fields so it's really rather hard to compare their doctoring skills...but I'm a huge Addison fangirl, so I'd say her <3.
