saurav ganguly is in form, and getting runs.............he should be the captain of the team india...............then we can win the world up............

dravid is the best player, but if he remains the captain, the pressure will make him the worst player of the team............in finally he will lose his place, and i think the poor form of dravid has already started, right time for dravid to retire...............

saurav will be a good captain, and now that he is scoring runs, and india winning, it's the right time to make saurav ganguly team india's captian........

also the right time to kick out greg chapple..................this greg chapple has made irfan pathan a batsman, now irfan is making centuries, and is out of the team............kick out greg chapple to make this team india a winner again, as in times of saurav ganguly.......................

agression is what needed now...............saurav is needed as captain................

No, Ganguly should not be given back the captaincy for India's own overall sake.

1. BCCI has already announced Dravid as captain till WC-2007. We should honour that. Changing that is likely to impact Dravid's morale and he is our #1 batsman, no doubt. We would need super performance from him in WC-2007 because Sehwag is shaky, Tendulkar is inconsistent, Yuvraj is uncertain.

2. BCCI has already contracted Chappell as coach till WC-2007. We don't want a repeat of what happened in Zimbabawe tour. Even the undercurrent of tension between Chappel and Ganguly would be enough to disrupt an already shaky ODI team morale.

3. Ganguly is yet to fully re-establish him as a batsman in the test team. Let him regain his form in ODIs first. There are 8 ODIs left after South Africa tour and before WC-2007. His inclusion in the WC squad would depend on how he does in these matches provided he is selected.

4. Ganguly will be under double pressure to re-establish himself as both batman and captain after more than a year in ODIs. His performance is bound to be affected by that. We must avoid that in WC-2007 when Sehwag is shaky, Tendulkar is inconsistent, Yuvraj is uncertain.

When the place of Ganguly is not guaranteed in the World Cup stage, how can be talk about making him Captain. Presently Ganguly is under observation and if he performs well in the next test as well as the one day series with Sri Lanka and West indies well he will be selected for the World Cup. I dont think that removing your sirt and waving to crowd when you win a match is not at all inspiration, but it is childish.

there is no threat of Ganguly starting to be captain for international cup 2007 as Rahul Dravid has already been appointe as Captain and there is genuinely no want for thinking approximately replace in captaincy at this degree.

no, i dont think so bcoz what is there guarentee that he will surely be a better captain andalso regain his early form . Since his age is growing ., so its no guarentee for his batting form
also in my point of view all players are interested in their domestic carings so its no chance for others to regain their form
