Yes.
Millions of Iraqi's (including Kurds, Shiites and Shia) will be relieved that he's gone.
My wife lived under the dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos. She was a teenager when he went into exile. She remembers how it seemed like a dark cloud over the whole country felt like it lifted and the sun shined in, and he wasn't nearly as brutal as Saddam.
Never underestimate the powerful undercurrent of freedom in a newly freed country.

for all the people he killed during his campains as dictoator, yes. to us as americans against the war on terror...not really. to people that loved him and think he was completely misunderstood or built from the world around him.yes....no ones all bad. just grown wrong. Even if he was the devil, the devil has people that love him. therefore it matters to many that this man is dead. i doubt it will solve anything. most likely it will make things worse in the world. **** they never even found out (or asked) needful things to know about Iraq and its people that im sure he knew to help Iraq out during this shitty time. killing important people never solves anything. but it may make the nieve people that voted for bush in the first place sleep happier knowing they hung a man for publicity points.
