Cup size measures how big your breasts are. If they're small, thye may be an A cup and if they're big they may be a D cup.

It's not your bra size. Bra size measures the length around your chest, underneath the breast. So if you're a "wide" person, you may have a large bra size but have a small cup (small breasts).

If your bra said 32B, 32 would be your bra size and B would be your cup size.

Cup size is determined by the difference in measurements between the top of the chest, above the breasts, and around the breast. And by finding the difference in these sizes gives you tour cup size.
