It is estimated that there are between 200 to 400 billion stars in our galaxy alone. (Wikipedia) It is also estimated that for every star in our galaxy, there is another galaxy. It would seem that the odds of other living beings of some kind not existing in this infinite universe are actually pretty remote. Even as advanced as modern technology is, it's still limited when compared to the vastness of the universe. The fact that we haven't heard or seen any evidence of extra-terrestial life doesn't mean anything. It's fun to imagine what COULD be out there.

Nobody knowes for shure! Just think that out there, in the Univese are 200 bilions stars! Only if half of them have planets it's almost inevitable that only one of them to have an Earth-like planet! And a recent study discoverd that life can develop wherever is water! It doesn't matter how hot or cold or poisones is there! Forms of life can adapt! But it's sad that milons and milons of light years separae us or maybe not...

yeah i might say extraterrestrial beings exist... there are innumerable galaxies and countless planets the place they could call homestead, yet possibly there are area faring civilizations that stay in good sized area ships going from galaxy to galaxy... i doubt they had be on the moon yet truly we would not understand reason 0.5 the moon is often darkish, the darkish edge of the moon, there may well be a alien base there we wouldnt understand...

Probably. In fact there's little doubt in my mind that life is not exclusive to this planet. As of yet, however, there is no proof.

It would be so arrogant of mankind to think that in the entire universe, we are the only intelligent beings. Can I prove it? No. But you can't disprove it either.
