This series is the follow on and as far as i know its the last series comming in the .hack series. the other 2 in order from first to last were .hack//sign and .hack//legend of the twilight

btw, .hack//ROOTS is also the prequel to the new video game series .hack//G.U. And sorry, I don't know >_< It hasn't even come out in America yet as far as I know, but the DVDs have been licensed, so it can't be that far away. I think you can still see a few episodes on youtube.com though I'm not sure if they removed them yet.
