You are running to many programs at once. The best way to fix this, is to reboot your computer.

Dont listen To all them all you need is one program not All the programs in Xp You Many of heard of Ccleaner if you dont use it allready Ccleaner use's page File Dump Which Can be filled up By useing sofware And when you close it the software does close all the way like msn. Msn Use's a Click And Go feature where when you close Msn Its Stays open even if you exit it off the sytem tray the best way to get more virtual memory is to use Cleaner if you dont use it you can download it off www.download.com

Maybe you have too many things running on the machine using up memory.

You can expand your page file.

In Control Panel, open System. On the Advanced tab, click the Performance Settings button. On that Advanced tab, you can change the virtual memory size. By default its set to 1.5 times your memory size.

Eventually you might want to consider getting more RAM.

there is no problem.
windows make a file on your drive with name of pagefile.sys.
it is virtul memory.
windows make file with centein size but when you need more memory (because of running many of programs or ....) windows autumatically increase size of this file and show you a warning.
if you offen receive this message if advice you to increase you system RAM.

You are running too many things for it to keep track of. Close some none essential programs down, or restart.

try to clean your hard disk or backup some of your files in a CD or DVD
