Although I have the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player 9 installed in my PC besides making the Java Script
' on' in my IE7.Still I can not watch the videos in You Tube.
How to solve this matter?

The Whole Problem is IE7 it disables flash content from youtube because of the virus's and spyware going round its videos the best thing is to do is download avant browser www.avantbrowser.com it will sort out this problem so you can watch videos on youtube or myspace plus the better side is that avant is a high security browser and use's advanced pop up blockers to get rid of all pop ups accept the nes you open when a pop up is blocked a little box in the corner pops up so it it is what you want to go on then you can click on the one you want getting back to the point IE7 some times disables activeX aswell which in a way is quite usefull because if you need to insall a plug in from microsoft or macromedia then it is very usefull so look at the advanced settings on you IE7 or avant.

Install Windows Service Pack 2

Make sure you have the necessary codecs installed. Windows media plyer if the file is wmv, wma etc. Realmedia if the file is .rm

Go back to IE 6 . . . IE 7 is crap, and is not stable enough.
