Well the Aussies, but it may have helped if Duncan Fletcher placed Monty. He has been getting more runs than the openers at times, and took a five wicket haul. Did DF not see that he had the potential to help win the ashes from the start. We may as well have just given them the ashes from the start, and stop using the same excuses.

The Australians demolished the English in the Ashes. It is a shame cause you hope there would be some competition, but it was a walkover. Now the English, who will host the next one, are worried that the fans will not turn out for games - "what's the point? they beat us so badly all the time". Poor guys!
